• Wills: our fee for one person to do a straighforward will is £300.

 

Complex wills may incur an additional fixed or time-based fee which we would advise you of.

• Powers of Attorney: £300 and outlays.

 

Our fee for one person to do a straighforward power of attorney is £300.The registration fee payable to the Office of the Public Guardian is currently £96.

Complex powers of attorney or matters where there are questions of capacity may incur an additional fixed or time-based fee which we would advise you of. 
 

We are happy to provide a quote for will and powers of attorney tailored to your circumstances.

• Executries, Trusts and Estate Planning Advice: This work is charged on an hourly rate basis (rates below), and we can usually provide an estimate of costs once we know the scope of work required. 
  
  Where we are charging work on an hourly rate basis, we will provide you with regular detailed accounts showing our work carried out. In some cases, and in all cases where you request it, our fee will be assessed by an Auditor of Court or independent law accountant.
